How do I unsubscribe or change which emails I receive?

Use the unsubscribe or preference link in a genuine White Beard Strategies email, when one is provided, to manage those messages. The options shown depend on the type of email and the available preference settings.

To stop or change messages

1. Open a genuine message from the category you want to change, such as general announcements.

2. Follow its unsubscribe or preference link and read which messages the change applies to.

3. Choose the available option and keep any confirmation shown.

If you cannot find the right option, submit a support ticket with the email address receiving the messages and the categories you want to stop or receive.

If you still need training information

Tell support separately if you need access instructions, a joining link, or information about a purchase. Email preferences and training access are different questions, and asking for access help does not mean you want general marketing emails.

Adding a sender to your contacts does not change an unsubscribe setting. If you want to receive messages again, ask for the appropriate resubscription route and specify which messages you want.
